I recently stayed at a hotel in Vienna and I must say, it was a great experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the U-Bahn stops and there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel had a 24-hour reception and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The wifi was also reliable and available at a reasonable price. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The price and proximity to the city were the only positive points.
Looks neat at first glance however could be cleaner. Everything was cheap throughout.

Location is great, a few minutes walk from the metro with 2 lines on U-bahn, direct line to St Stephansom and Airport. Room is spacious with a sofa, basic but adequate furnitures.
It smells of cigarette as soon as you walk through the main entrance of the hotel. The hotel attendance was smoking at the reception. The beddings and towels alway smell of cigarette.

I had a fantastic stay at an affordable hotel in Vienna. The room was small but cozy, with a shower right in the room. The hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the underground station, and there were supermarkets and pharmacies right around the corner. I also appreciated the proximity of restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel had a lovely small backyard for relaxation. The location was perfect, with the metro station only 3 minutes away and the airport just a 25-minute train ride.
Nothing, all excellent! 👍

There was an old man in front desk when I arrive the hotel. He is a very rude man. After I travel long distance, I wait for "welcome" message. His behaviours are not good. And one more thing: I have reserved this hotel by Booked.net and I have used my credit card info. During check-out in hotel, the man in front desk told me that they do not accept credit card. I told him that my reservation is via Booked.net. I also indicated him that I do not have such cash with me. After this talk he brought his credit card machine. Their approaches to customers are tricky.

The room at Urban Jungle was incredibly spacious and beautifully furnished. I loved the abundance of natural light pouring in through the windows. The location was perfect, with a metro station and the Prater park nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and had a great selection of restaurants and bars. Thank you to the helpful staff!

Close to metro and train stations. Friendly staff. Welcoming Christmas treats. Cosy room. Quiet location. Lovely courtyard. Helpful front desk.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Room spacious, lots of closets and overall very good.
No air conditioning! In Summer it is a must...we suffer it at night!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a simple buffet in a lovely garden at the back of the hotel. The hotel is very easy to reach from the airport as it is on the same train line. You are in the middle of the city after a short walk through a quieter area.
Payment is in cash only, which means an additional trip to the cash point, especially when staying for a few nights. Our room to the front got a bit noisy at night due to people on the street, but this shouldn´t be a problem if the room is facing out to the back.

I recently stayed at Urban Jungle for a weekend getaway. The room was spacious, nicely furnished, and filled with natural light. The 24-hour desk service was friendly and helpful, making check-in and out a breeze. The hotel was clean and offered WiFi for a reasonable daily price. The location was convenient, not far from the old city center, and the hotel had a quiet and relaxing backyard. Additionally, there was a free underground garage nearby, which was a great perk. The staff were all very friendly, and the hotel even allowed guests to bring their own bikes or rent them from nearby companies.
I do recommend this hotel.
